Do I need to already be on ServiceTitan to work with you?

No. I work with companies at every stage — evaluating ServiceTitan, mid-onboarding and struggling, or years in and not getting the ROI they expected. The conversation starts wherever you are.

What's the difference between you and a ServiceTitan Certified Provider?

I created the Certified Administrator program — the standard that other providers' employees study and test for. That's not a credential I earned. It's a program I built and launched.

How long does an engagement typically take?

A Pricebook Optimization Assessment runs 2–4 weeks. A full consulting engagement depends on scope — most companies see meaningful change in 60–90 days. Fractional strategy is ongoing.

Do you work with private equity groups?

Yes. I currently lead ServiceTitan standardization across a large PE-backed home-services platform and offer pre-deal operational audits for platforms doing diligence on acquisition targets.

What does a discovery call actually cover?
